This is a program that I have designed and will discuss on my next podcast…….I am going to get David filming me in the weight room doing the lifts I recommend so our guys will know exactly what to do.

“Commit Not To Quit” 100 day Program.
1. Drink nothing but water with meals…no sugary drinks of any kind and no alcohol…unsweetened coffee or tea is allowed…..no artificial sweeteners or diet drinks of any kind.
2. No bread, no crackers, no chips, no desserts
3. Weight lifting…..full body routine (upper and lower body) 3-4 days per week for 45 mins……followed by 15 mins of walking on treadmill at an elevation of 5% and a speed of 4 mph.
4. Perfect Aminos: 5 tablets first thing in the morning, 5 tablets immediately after weight lifting/ treadmill workout.
5. 2 liters of water per day at a minimum…….drink 500cc of water first thing in the morning
6. Intermittent fasting 7 days per week. Pick 8 contiguous hours in the day and do all of your eating then…….can drink all of the water and unsweetened coffee/tea that you want…….eat nothing during the other 16 hours.
My routine is to eat between noon and 8pm.
7. Take the following supplements everyday:
Berberine 500mg……1 morning,
1 bedtime (insulin resistance)
Apple Cider Vinegar gummies….
2 first thing in the morning
(insulin resistance)
Vit D3K2 5000 iu
Seed probiotic (gut)
Perfect Aminos Greens (gut)
Perfect Aminos Sleep
